What is Sublime Listings?

Sublime Listings enables buyers to find real estate for sale and rent across the world. Our listings come from selected professional agents around the world who have been chosen for their outstanding offers. On the other hand, we are providing professional agents as well as private sellers a global marketplace to connect with the right audience.

Who is behind Sublime Listings?

Sublime Listings was founded in 2019 by a group of technology entrepreneurs with a marketing background.

How does Sublime Listings make money?

Adding regular listings is free, but we charge dealers a set fee to feature their listings with us. We don’t take commissions and we are not involved in any transactions. We also offer social media advertising opportunities.

Does Sublime Listings screen/filter dealer listings?

Yes, we only allow items which meet our criteria regarding listing type, quality and authenticity. Get in touch with us to learn more.

Will I be tied-in to a long-term contract?

No, you can cancel your listings at any time.

Where can I send a proof of property ownership?

When adding a new property, there is a box where you can upload extra files. Please upload your proof there, this won’t be visible once the property is approved. You can also contact us.

How do I add a listing on Sublime Listings as a private seller?

Adding a listing as a private seller on Sublime Listings is very easy, you just have to follow the following 4 steps:

  1. Select “Login or Register” – click “Register”.
  2. Create your account by entering your login details and choosing a password.
  3. Select “Submit Property” – Create your listing, add photos and proof of ownership or certificate of authenticity.
  4. You’re done! Listings are approved and uploaded within one working day.

I can't see my listing/my listing has been removed, why?

Please contact us with your name, listing information and contact information in order for us to quickly follow up and help you solve the problem.

How long before my listing is available online?

Your listing must be approved by Sublime Listings staff before it appears in search results. Approval happens within one business day, and you will receive an email confirmation with the link to your listings once approved.

What happens when my listing expires?

We reactivate all the expired listings, but you lose listing Featured status.

Buying on Sublime Listings

Is Sublime Listings involved in my transaction?

No, we just put you in touch with the seller. The rest is up to you.

Is it safe to buy real estate this way?

Our dealers have great experience when it comes to real estate, talk to them directly and they will be happy to help. We do our best to make sure that listings on Sublime Listings are authentic and from credible dealers but we do not take any responsibility for transactions undertaken through our site. Are there any extra fees or taxes?

We don’t charge any fees, however, there could be extra fees or taxes for certain areas, properties, etc. Contact the dealer for the listing you are interested in and they’ll be happy to help.

What is Price on Request?

Price on Request means you have to ask the dealer what the item costs.

Which currency is displayed on the website, can I change it?

Currently, all of the prices on the website are displayed in USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS) and you cannot change it. We are developing our site and hopefully next time you’ll visit us, we have currency switch available.

Can I change Square Feet to Square Meters?

No, but we are developing our site and hopefully next time you’ll visit us, you can do so.

Why doesn't seller respond to my message?

Some dealers have small operations and are very busy, give them two-three working days to get back to you. Let us know if they don’t and we’ll help out.

How do I contact the seller?

You can send an email to the seller by filling out the form on the listing page. We also provide the phone number in the seller information so that you can call directly.
